I'm Guillermo Santos, architect and self-taught photographer
born in Mieres (Asturias) and established in Madrid.

What you can find on this portfolio could be defined as a single continuous project, where I explore the light, color, texture and geometry of different locations, trying to understand how society imagines and builds its environment, especially its architecture.

I want to photograph sensations. Capture the feelings I had on each place through an abstract aesthetic, showing the poetry of common details. The soul of our everyday surroundings.

The technique could be understand between documentalism and fine arts, just walking the streets camera in hand and my eyes open to find a beautiful piece.
